our discrete L.A. Lifestyle venue, features fully furnished private play areas; plus 1 large room with multiple play spaces. There is also a 2nd story out door loft. From the upstairs loft, members may overlook the entire venue + surrounding neighborhood which allows access to L.A.'s picturesque sunsets.
There is also a large private outdoor lounge area with plenty of seating overlooking the large swimming pool & jacuzzi. There is a dedicated event stage that floats at the head of the swimming pool with a groovy waterfall feature.
The property also has a kitchen with a large island to place food on. There is also a very large refrigerator to chill drinks.
The venue is 4:20, vape, eCig + cigar & cigarette friendly
There is a secluded smoking area with plenty of seating beyond the swimming pool.
There is also a shack that has a private play space near the pool
We host private Swing + Kink events for couples + single females in addition to members only foot-fetish events for singe males year-round.
The venue when not hosting events is an adult movie set and the venue’s outdoor oasis is the perfect backdrop for film and photo shoots. It is also available for our Klub33.com members to rent for their own private events or to movie studios for their productions and to professional photographers at our perfect photo shoot location.
